Dr Leslie R Stone

Dr Leslie Rippon Stone was born November 10th, 1876 at 9 Wellington Street, Aldershot, Hampshire, England.

He attended the schools in England and learned the trade of his father as a Saddler. After coming to America he attended the Nurses Training School of the Buffalo State Hospital and graduated June 16th, 1908 as a male nurse. He obtained a "Healing Arts" license in the District of Columbia and became a citizen of the United States on December 7th, 1910. He met Mr James Edward Padgett shortly after Mr Padgett began channeling Jesus.

Dr Stone edited two volumes of the "True Gospel Revealed Anew By Jesus" before his death on January 6th, 1967.

Dr Stone was the first to have the true teachings of Jesus and the other Celestial Angels as channeled by James Padgett printed.

He was a close associate of Mr Padgett while receiving the messages. He was also present with Dr Samuels when he received the supplementary writings from Jesus and he served as the first President and one of the Founding Trustees of the Church of the New Birth. From 1918-1967 (the year of his passing) he spread the true teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, and during all of those years he spoke every night to the dark and suffering spirits.

Stone reveals the following about himself:

"I was often present with Mr. Padgett in his room when he was receiving the messages from the Celestial Spirits. And I now want to say, with all the emphasis of my soul and being -- that I have a firm conviction in the genuineness of the same. And I know that if any man could have felt the wonderful love and power that Mr. Padgett and myself often spoke of and experienced, during the time the truths were being revealed, and when we discussed them, they would never have a doubt that Jesus and the Celestial Spirits were actually present and were the high spirits who have communicated."
