About God's Way Of Love

God's Way Of Love, Ltd is an organisation, incorporated by Mary and I, in January 2011. It is a normal company limited by guarantee incorporated under federal legislation in Australia. The consitution of the corporation is available to the public, and can be downloaded from this website.

For the purposes of incorporation, Mary and I are the founding members of the organisation. Although we originally thought to apply for non-profit status for the organisation, which is a process in Australia that takes a few months to complete, we have now decided to run the company as a normal company but expose the accounts of the organisation to the public. Of course, under the terms of its constitution, the organisation has no employees, no paid directors, earns all income from donations, and disburses the income to any project that is in harmony with the constitution.

The God's Way Of Love constitution is very firm about all its members, directors, volunteers, and objectives remaining in harmony with God's Way Of Love, and the principles of Divine Truth. No person within the organisation will be paid a wage, or earn an income from the organisation. All donations received by the organisation will go towards furthering the objectives of the God's Way Of Love organisation.

The God's Way Of Love organisation has purchased a few assets at this stage (10th November 2011), but does not own any property or land, and, under changes outlined by me in a recent talk in October 2011, the organisation only receives land donated to it from deceased estates and refuses the donation of land from persons living. We prefer to work with the current owners of land or property rather than to own the land or property ourselves. There have been a number of people who want to donate land who were waiting for the non-profit status to be determined before that process happens, but now God's Way Of Love will not be generally receiving land donations at all. God's Way of Love works with owners of businesses and property to help those owners bring their own business or property into harmony with Love.

Currently, there are four Directors for the organisation that have been appointed. These are myself, Mary, and Angela and Robert Griffiths. We expect soon to appoint a few more Directors. In addition, shortly we will be asking a group of people to become General Members for the organisation. This will occur by invitation, primarily because we do not want to have a huge membership that takes hundreds of hours of volunteers time to maintain. We would prefer to have volunteers times more gainfully employed, rather than updating computer databases.

Mary and I have begun to prepare groups of people for the work that will eventually occur in the future within the God's Way Of Love organisation. We are setting up God's Way Of Love Learning Teams, Learning Projects, and outlining directions for Learning Centres, which are all defined within the constitution of the organisation.

Since this process is a work-in-progress, over the coming year we expect to be able to, with the help of the generous donation of time from volunteers who have a deep feeling of agreement with the constitution of the organisation, and with the donations of resources coming from people who are similarly motivated, to begin to accomplish the objectives and principles of the organisation, firstly in Australia, and then, depending on the desires of others overseas, in many countries internationally.
